U inovac\u00ed v\u011bt\u0161\u00edho rozsahu je nezbytn\u00e9 \u0159\u00eddit jejich zav\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed formou projektu. Pokud v\u0161ak uva\u017eujete o zaveden\u00ed metodiky \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed projektu do organizace, \u010dekaj\u00ed v\u00e1s mnoh\u00e1 \u00faskal\u00ed. V r\u00e1mci tohoto dvoud\u00edln\u00e9ho \u010dl\u00e1nku se zam\u011b\u0159\u00edme na ta nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed.<\/p>\n

Zav\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed nov\u00e9 metodiky je komplexn\u00edm procesem, kter\u00fd se dot\u00fdk\u00e1 mnoha aspekt\u016f. P\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm zasahuje do proces\u016f samotn\u00e9 organizace. Vedle toho m\u011bn\u00ed zp\u016fsob pr\u00e1ce, za\u017eit\u00e9 n\u00e1vyky a \u010dasto i zp\u016fsob my\u0161len\u00ed konkr\u00e9tn\u00edch zam\u011bstnanc\u016f. V souvislosti s novou metodikou tak\u00e9 n\u011bkdy doch\u00e1z\u00ed k nasazen\u00ed podp\u016frn\u00e9ho informa\u010dn\u00edho syst\u00e9mu. Nez\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed na tom, zda-li zav\u00e1d\u00edte pro sv\u00e9 projekty metodiku PMI PMBoK<\/a>, PRINCE 2<\/a> nebo n\u011bkter\u00fd z agiln\u00edch p\u0159\u00edstup\u016f<\/a>, v\u017edy \u017ee se jedn\u00e1 o inovaci v\u011bt\u0161\u00edho rozsahu. V n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti textu se proto zam\u011b\u0159\u00edm na dv\u011b \u00farovn\u011b kritick\u00fdch faktor\u016f zav\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed nov\u00e9 metodiky, kter\u00e9 jsem ve sv\u00e9 praxi identifikoval: inovace, projektov\u00e9 \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed.<\/p>\n

Komunikace je z\u00e1kladem zm\u011bny<\/strong><\/p>\n

Nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed \u00farove\u0148 se vztahuje k faktor\u016fm, kter\u00e9 plat\u00ed obecn\u011b pro v\u0161echny inovace v\u011bt\u0161\u00edho rozsahu v r\u00e1mci organizace. Pro takov\u00e9 zm\u011bny je t\u0159eba m\u00edt p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm dostate\u010dnou podporu managementu. P\u0159i snaze prosadit zav\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed projektov\u00e9ho \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed z pozice mana\u017eera nejni\u017e\u0161\u00ed \u00farovn\u011b je pravd\u011bpodobnost ne\u00fasp\u011bchu pom\u011brn\u011b vysok\u00e1. P\u0159i zav\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed nesm\u00edme podce\u0148ovat oblast komunikace. Vysv\u011btlen\u00ed nutnosti zm\u011bny spolu s ur\u010ditou m\u00edrou zapojen\u00ed budouc\u00edch u\u017eivatel\u016f do p\u0159\u00edpravy p\u0159isp\u011bje k lep\u0161\u00edmu v\u00fdsledku. U v\u011bt\u0161\u00edch organizac\u00ed b\u00fdvaj\u00ed zm\u011bny doprov\u00e1zeny rozs\u00e1hlou a promy\u0161lenou komunika\u010dn\u00ed kampan\u00ed a za\u0161kolen\u00edm.<\/p>\n

Zam\u011b\u0159te se na lidi<\/strong><\/p>\n

Zcela z\u00e1sadn\u00ed se zde tak\u00e9 jev\u00ed oblast motivace budouc\u00edch u\u017eivatel\u016f metodiky, kter\u00e1 by m\u011bla b\u00fdt zejm\u00e9na pozitivn\u00ed. Nem\u011blo by se v\u0161ak podce\u0148ovat i o\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed t\u00e9 negativn\u00ed v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b nerespektov\u00e1n\u00ed nov\u00fdch pravidel. V\u00fdznamnou roli p\u0159i zav\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed t\u00e9to inovace hraje i osobnost mana\u017eera, kter\u00e1 ji prosazuje. Mana\u017eer projektu nasazen\u00ed by m\u011bl b\u00fdt respektovanou a zn\u00e1mou osobou a poskytovat dobr\u00fd p\u0159\u00edklad. V organizac\u00edch, kter\u00e9 jsou projektov\u00fdm \u0159\u00edzen\u00edm nedot\u010den\u00e9, je t\u0159eba p\u0159i zav\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed inovac\u00ed rychle demonstrovat pozitivn\u00ed v\u00fdsledky, abychom p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010dili i pochybuj\u00edc\u00ed u\u017eivatele. Jako posledn\u00edm obecn\u00fd faktor pro zav\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed inovace uvedu jeden z rys\u016f firemn\u00ed kultury a to snahu o ur\u010ditou aspiraci a osobn\u00ed mistrovstv\u00ed jednotlivc\u016f v dan\u00e9 organizaci, tak jak jej poj\u00edm\u00e1 Peter Senge v konceptu u\u010d\u00edc\u00ed se organizace<\/a>. V organizaci, kde tato aspirace chyb\u00ed, lid\u00e9 neusiluj\u00ed o zlep\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed v r\u00e1mci sv\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce a obt\u00ed\u017en\u011b procesn\u00ed inovace p\u0159ij\u00edmaj\u00ed<\/p>\n
